Yoga


Yoga  classes at the Wellness Center are appropriate for all levels, from first time students to those who have practiced for years.

Tai Chi is a slow motion, low impact practice with numerous health benefits for people of all ages.

Pilates


Pilates promotes musculo-skeletal balance, proper breathing and spinal alignment. The exercises combine control of the abdominals, lower back, hips and buttocks with ease of movement and mental focus. The emphasized focus is on restoring the body to its true balance.

Mindfulness & Meditation


Mindfulness & Meditation is a thirty-five minute lunchtime class presenting various ways to enjoy mindfulness & meditation through breathing practices, guided imagery, gentle yoga moves, tai chi moves, healing touch and music/sound.

Integrative Health Coaching


Integrative Health Coaching  assists individuals in personally making change in some aspect of their life.

Massage & Reflexology
