Drumming

Drumming can be done for fun, but even better, it may improve your health! 

Group drumming has been a part of many cultures throughout the world for many years as a part of healing, ceremonial rituals and celebration festivities.  A controlled clinical trial on drumming has shown improved natural killer cell activity and an improved immune system response to stress.

Drumming can provide much support to a healthy lifestyle.  On the most basic level, drumming is a physical activity and can be quite relaxing.  Come, have some fun and de-stress!

Drumming circles are led by Dawnelle Neighbors throughout the week.
