Mindfulness & Meditation is a thirty-five minute lunchtime class presenting various ways to enjoy mindfulness & meditation through breathing practices, guided imagery, gentle yoga moves, Tai Chi moves, healing touch and music/sound. Explore a variety of easy, self-care, stress reduction and “centering-quieting” practices.
